SZD 50-3 Puchacz Sailplane

CSA Puchacz rolling down the runway The SZD 50-3 "Puchacz" or "Owl" is mainly used by CSA members for training and one to two hour afternoon soaring flights within 15-20 miles of Owl Canyon Gliderport.  Many times members will take family, friends or other club members on these flights.  It is also used for advanced and cross-country training of club members.  Scenic rides given to non-members are sometimes done in the Puchacz.
